In the movie Be Kind Rewind, Jack Black's character accidentally erases all of the videos in a video store (because he's magnetic), and so him and Mos Def's character decide to remake all of the films that people ask for. 'Sweding' refers to that they say the movies (which are really bad) come from Sweden, which explains the longwaits and high prices for the sweded films.
