I can see that the tiles together compose a picture just like a bunch of tvs placed side by side to form one big image. Can you place a photo as tiles back image.? Did you understand what i mean? Thanks (lumia 800)

Nokia screwed up by not developing this awesome Meego OS... i would have demolished everything out there including IOS, Symbian, Android and WM.... Stupid Nokia.

It's not fair to compare a platform against another(Just saying), Eg, They are coded differently so this means they do things differently, EG, Comparing an Samsung GS2 against a sony Xperia S is fair because they both run the same platform, Android, Meego might load all apps at start up, while WP7 might load all apps after start up. Notice how the Meego game started first, but the WP7 played first? this is what i mean

OK Lumia would start up faster because it has a Hybrid Kernel. plus the extra 400 MHZ processor speed does help.

Which one has better screen brightness, the N9 or Lumia 800?

@MyNokiaTek The N9 have a auto-brightness setting that can't be turned off stock. I turned it off using N9Tweak through the "Enable/Disable auto-brightness setting". The Lumia have full brightness all the time, when you turn auto-brightness off in the standard settings. I would say that they have the same screen brightness now. But I think Lumia 800 win overall with the screen.

They should be exactly the same....

There's an app that improves on this, it's mentioned in the same thread.

The dev was going to release it, but we've not heard from him yet.

Actually IIRC N9's screen is 251PPI, whereas the L800's is 252.

But as the difference is so tiny it shouldn't be noticeable...

What is noticeable, is the fact that the N9's screen is 0.2" bigger.

@pietermars Actually as an unbiased Linux user, I have to hand it to the Windows Phone. But the meego UI is better on the N9. Speed goes to Lumia. Boots faster, more stable framerate and such. N9 is better at keeping many things going tho'. :D
