It's worrisome that game theory is learned in Management schools as a "magic bullet" or a "sound byte" without proper debate of recent case-studies and comparison with Mandelbrot risk models.
Case in mind: the qualitative allocation of assets to a mark-to-market or fair value valuation. And the mixed nature assets. And it's proper bookeeping.
All other participants remain unchanged. That's what bank risk managers forgot all about and went reckless when applying game theory to financial toxic speculation. That and also because game theory is wrong. People just do not go from denial to confession, at least bankers don't, assuming they are normal people, which carries a high standard uncertainty factor.
