What is the shelf life of the ingredients in the bag? Can you store it long term before cooking and eating it?

You can store the dry meal at least 6 months. If you use a Food Vac bag to store it, a year. The ingredients are very shelf stable.

You can be lucky to have those ingredients. Here in Germany its hard to find olive oil in a little bag. The same for the chicken breast.

Btw, olive oil carries very well in a small bottle - it is what I do when I am out of the packets. I do put the bottle in a small sack to make sure there are no leaks. Works well and olive oil will carry for a long time safely.

That's what I do too. But the other ingredients are not available here in Germany. I have too dry everything by myself.

It is 1 cup instant rice. 1/4 cup dried cranberries, 1/4 cup freeze-dried vegetables and seasonings in the bag :-)
