I like how you put the all-terrain feet on it. Too bad this system doesn't work on uneven terrain. I tried building one of these with power functions, but it was too heavy with six motors and three battery boxes, so I scrapped it.

If you do make an automatic pump cycling system like waagooshTheRedFox is saying, try adding the air tank on top as well, so that it doesn't need that umbillical. Unless of course, that you are using an air compressor. That would be a bit heavy. :D

Actually, it can be very easy to make it turn! Only need a slight change in the center part: or either a rotation point on the driver spot, or if you want to keep the linerar motion of the legs, make the center ones move idependently and kind of "skid steer". Nevertheless, nice project and perfect execution!

now you need a box to flip the switches for you at the desired speed to produce a fluid motion rather than this baby step method.

im thinking a crankshaft like design. 1 motor, 6 large gears, 6 shafts, and some stuff to mount it on. it would be something like |_|-|^^|-|--|-= each thing inside the | | is one hooked up to a control lever and the = is the motor.
