PraVihan have the same meaning as PREAH VIHEAR, the original one. The root is STOLEN from khmer. Pra mean Phreah.
In khmer, H + vowel A = pronounce HEA and R, not pronounce. Vihear.
In thai, H + vowel A = HA and R(R is pronounced as N)=HAN, Vihan.
