There's really nothing wrong with that, as long as he doesn't foul throw by lifting his back foot or stepping on the line, and the guy should be standing there if that's his check, it's just play on with another throw in. guys stand on the line all the time in football matches, to stop the guy throwing the ball gettin distance on the throw............the guy in white obviously wasnt expecting a flip throw......play should resume as normal..no rules broken, no fouls. but as the player received a blow to the head, the its the refs decision to stop play or continue.
