Your bird is beautiful, you did a great job on it. My husband has the exact car right down to the color. He is the original owner, we are now in the process of restoring it. We are having fun doing it, but I really can't wait till we can start using it again. We have had so much fun it that car and I miss going 100+MPH in it. I am sure you know all about that. Keep on enjoying it.
first off beautiful bird! when i was 10 til abou 15 (18 now) my father had a cherry redwith white top 400 same exact options as this except steering wheel was not wood bu matchin red my when i tnk of the car te funny thing is the first thing that comes to min is how hot th seet belt bolts got from the tunnel and al the burns it caused me over the years as I at in the back. love and will always repect a nice 400 bird!
My father has one of these, its just need ALOT of work. The only different is that his isn't a convertable. He says I could have it, along with his 67 Chevy nova ss, if I work on them. Which I wouldn't mind doing. But it would take a while till they're both up and runnin. Nice job guys
very nice and nicely equipped. I just bought a 68 400 auto convertible with similar options. Power top, windows, rally guages, fold down rear seat, hood tach, etc.
The car desparately needs paint and is currently red with white top and interior. The original colour is blue. What colour is yours as that is the colour I would prefer.
I also see that your plates are quebec. Are you near Ottawa?
WOw didnt know it came with power windows? and the power roof.. And do the rear windows have power windows? Do you have an alarm on it? what do u do to stop from it getting stolen.
beautiful...my dad had a 72...with the gto style front end...but the 67, had the look & lines...i remember being 16 yrs old and driving the sweetest car in town...love them birds...
Good video. How do you like the power top; did you rebuild it yourself? I'm thinking of doing mine, but hear different things about it. Was it a lot of work? Thanx man,
Thanks my son did the video I put it on you tube because some one wanted to see if the roof worked I had put it on e-bay for sale I did most of the work my self about 12 years ago and dont have any more time for it never realy got around to finishing it it still needs a little bit to be done on it not much at all
