How was Keyes wrong on abortion? He had spent two campaign runs on just the abortion issue and at least he stood on one principle and stuck with it. If you actually saw this full debate, he criticizes McCain that he favors pro-life with others, but not pro-life with his daughter; and that a true pro-life person would stick with those principles regardless of the affiliation of the person to you. Again, so what if McCain has seen more killings. He almost died himself! LOL.

They had nothing else to talk about that was in any grave matter (like a 9/11), so traditional issues like abortion, death penalty were put into play during this time.

Tell me what good is it just shooting him down on one issue? Abortion was not the center issue in 2000 nor after 2001. I never heard conservatives shoot Bush down when he mentioned the very expensive prescription drug program. He talked about that in the 2000 campaign too. Keyes had the intelligence far greater than both of McCain and Bush. Hands down.

All three of them weren't good for our country and we have proven that on a number of ways, but we can debate on 2012...and I say 2012 is going Democratic again.
