Just extract the file from the zip. If you can't read the file type (like if its a WinRar file) then I suggest get wrar370. try googling it.

QCB+P+K, but it depends on which Dio you are using. If you are using Dio in his first form (jacket on), you have to hold START while picking him to be able to do it.

umm i downloaded it from mugen infantry and it works perfectly i didnt do anything to it there is no corruptions

alright I found what the corruptness in the file was.

DoubleRes in the mugen file is set to 2, if you set it to 0 then the pack should work ^_^
