Looked like a great night Frank. Good job. Nice setup too. I use a Hughes & Kettner double stack with a G system and a Zoom G9.2tt tied into the first effects loop. Pretty good tone but it's a bit overkill. Mostly there cause of the warm dirty sound it has is uniquely workable. I like Carvin guitars a lot. They are made so exceptionally well. When I went there to order an instrument, they even let me pick the actual pieces of wood it was to be made from

If you're wondering how to play the tapping at 2:46, well, basically it's the Van Halen song Spanish Fly. Its slightly easier to play then you might think. The only eral difficult part is that it's pretty wide interval. Its like a 5--9--12 sort of stretch. The reason he's playing it that reverse hand way is probably because his hands are small. Definitely try to play it with the right hand playing 5--9 and the right playing the 12. It may seem hard at first, but it's MUCH easier and clearer.

@ialmostbowlverywell Thats exactly right, I learned it in eighth grade and my hands were to small to make the stretch, I can do it now (barely), however, people started commenting on "That hand-crossing thing" being cool...lol...so I continue to do it that way. My instructional DVD is hours from being finished...I was distracted for quite some time on a huge automation project with a tight deadline. The DVD is a fantastic teaching tool....I'll post excerpts before its release.

@TapnTips Yeah, when I first saw this a few years ago it kiind of shocked me. i tried to do the cross hands thing but it would usually end up devolving into a mess of distortion and open strings. Kudos for doing it that well.

Also, a way to get past the small hands thing (I have small hands too) is to tilt the guitar upwards almost like you're playing it Jimmy Page style. If you look up this guy called Shawn Lane, he really shows how wide-interval a person can go using that technique
