Rhythm is really off: it's more a march then Chicago blues! in order to give the riff its shuffle feeling, the 'lone' quaver too should be quantized as the third note of a triplet (plain English: played a bit later).
I think they are really helpful when you are trying to learn a new song. You can slow the music down and practice at that speed until you get better playing it.
