Thank you for this video! I live in Iowa & my boyfriend lives in Florida; 19 hours apart. It's so hard but so worth it! We spend hours on end on msn on web cams & talking to one another. The girl I love only lives 4 hours away from me, but the problem is her parents won't even let us talk because they think her and I being in a relationship is just setting one or both of us up to get hurt. I'm going to show up at her church one week from now and finally meet her parents. @masterof1231 im i none now and i dont know i think some LDR dont work, specially when ur young if your a adult its more easier but when money tight, its just a watse of time and energy, it can work but in reality never do a LDR remeber that please if ur in one know good luck but if it fails dont do it again.

i was in one once it didnt work between us though, mainly due to trust issues but we were young and we werent togehter long wen we met...anyway i think it can only work if u are with someone for a long time and then seperated..or older or both but i tried and failed took me a long time to get over him some times dont think i am it ended sept and took till like dec or jan.and i have a boyfriend now been with him two months i love him..but yeh long distence is harder than a normal relashionship,

I met him on December 27th, 2010 and then saw him again on February 27th, 2011. On that day in February I stayed with him in his home state and we got married on March 7th, 2011. The girl I love only lives 4 hours away from me, but the problem is her parents won't even let us talk because they think her and I being in a relationship is just setting one or both of us up to get hurt. I'm going to show up at her church one week from now and finally meet her parents. i love my boyfriend, but we live a couple states away and i dont get to see him. i txt him everyday but were young and cant really afford to visit eachother. but i know that somehow itll work out, when were older we can come closer, but for now, we wish we could see eachother, but we just have to work with what we can. i believe true love will always find a way, and i plan to stick to that until i am able to move closer to him.

I've been dating my boyfriend for 5 months now, and he lives 1402 miles away. There's an age difference, but my mom, dad, and brother talk to him on Facebook and like him. I felt like I would never meet him since there's money issues involved. This really gave me hope and helped a lot. Thanks :D

I'm in a long distance relationship, we met playing rock band and loved each others taste in music, and hit it off from there. We've together for a year and two months today. She's 20, I'm about to be 18. It's been perfect until my parents came along. They don't approve of me dating her, and it's been getting harder and harder on her. I too am in a long distance relationship. I've been with my boyfriend for about three months now. When we first started talking, we had three hour conversations and couldn't get enough of one another. Nowadays the conversations are alot shorter? I'm pretty paranoid alot of the time. I worry way too much. But should I worry? We still talk every day in some form. My paranoid mind tells me that he's getting sick of me, but maybe it's just my own insecurities speaking. Thoughts?

i was in one once it didnt work between us though, mainly due to trust issues but we were young and we werent togehter long wen we met...anyway i think it can only work if u are with someone for a long time and then seperated..or older or both but i tried and failed took me a long time to get over him some times dont think i am it ended sept and took till like dec or jan.and i have a boyfriend now been with him two months i love him..but yeh long distence is harder than a normal relashionship,

That's no problem, i know what it is like and when i looked on here there was not that many LDR videos. so i thought i would make one. Yes it is defanatly true, i know myself how powerful it is. I have been in one for over a year now and we are still stronger than ever. They may ot be with you in person, but they will always be with you in your heart. xx

thanks :) that was a awesome video. looking at that i can see that i do all that thoughtful and stuff and my boyfirend isn't at them moment :S i havent seen him for 2 weeks now and he sed i can't see him until may which is another 2 weeks so a month :S cus he is moving back home, it is really hard even tho we live like 30mins away on the train , it is still really hard cus i never have money to see him which sucks :( yer it just feels one sided atm :(

Aww it's no problem. Yeah i know what you mean, i ave to take a PLANE to see my boyfriend we hardly see eachother But i know what you mean, i sometimes feel my boyfriend doesn't miss me or love me as much as i do, and doesn't see how much i really need him, because when he goes it could be months until we see eachother again. :( if you need to talk to anyone feel free to talk to me, i try to make friends with people in the situation as me, because they know how i feel :)

My boyfriend lives on the Isle of Man where as i live in Cornwall. And they only run direct flights from here to there in May-September. So apart from between them we got to take 2 planes. I know what you mean, it is really hard to cope. Yeah. Well it depends on what mood i am in, he knows that when i am upset i am not going to believe him when he says he misses me because for some reason i can't. Hmm, boys just dnt understand us girls as much as we understand them i guess. xxxx
