I use the program Sony Vegas 8 and one of the transitions is called cross blur a/b and then i usually have another clip either over or under the two clips i have transitioning. Does that make sense?

Sorry it took so long again. I can't believe how much problems I had with it but I think its cause im trying to learn all these new tricks with like the snow type effect towards the end and its just over kill for the program.
