even though edward's weapon was weak, I liked their idea of making an instrument a weapon. the harp note goes at the enemy and can possibly hinder them, he has to be a cool character. I just wish he and like other characters were still playable after they returned in the DS version

Yea, I think Kain's is incorrect. However the game ever officially gives Edge a theme. There are times in the game where he does something and the music is Cid's theme. You could say that Elban's music is his theme, but that is also shared by Damcyan first and may just be the destroyed castle theme. Troia's theme for him could work, though.

Troia's theme was the music played during Edge's Lunar Trial in the Advance version, so I put it there. I have asked some people and they agreed with it. But I think it should have been Eblan, though, you're right.

I didnt know until i got the DS version how EASY they made FF4 when they brought it to america as FF2... DS version is total win, original japanese hardness level

I always felt so terrible for Kain... he seemed really jealous and all... and I can just relate to his personallity I think. What I love about this game is the characters, really. They're all so awesome. I played this for GBA, and now I'm considering getting the DS version, too. My fave game, for sure.

Kain wasn't just jealous. He was incredibly dark. He realized it himself. He knew he had darkness growing within him. He couldn't fight it off, because he feared himself. He feared what he could become, so instead of fixing it, he ignored it, until he was forced to face it on the hidden moon dungeon thingy. Then, he went on Mount Ordeals for training to extinguish the dark flames in his soul. Apparently, he succeeds in the following game.

i Love final fantasy, it knows very well how to show you the hypocrisy that lies in the smiles of the liars( seymour guado, Kefka, galbadia, kuja) of the world. btw way 5/5 because of Kain's theme. I happen to appreciate Dragoons.
