  • Great video. I do the rolling excercise when I get those monthly tummy pains. Helps to keep the bowels moving and get rid of trapped wind .

  • THANK YOU SO MUCH...YOU SAVED ME... I have this menstrual pain that is so horrible, it's like the worst thing you can imagine... sometimes I am just there screaming because of the pain... I tried like everything heat, massage with hands, etc. But THIS is like better than any medication!!!! It stopped like almost completely in 15 min. I can't believe it........ omg... thank you so much now... I think I am gonna cry because of the joy and relief. Thank you, you just made someone's day easier :)

  • Because their past tendencies follow them regardless of what they preach. The body language she uses, the fidgeting around constantly and, oh yeah, saying that happiness is anything but a conscious choice. Setting yourself a bar, a goal, or something - especially 30-day challenges serves only to condition you to live up to someone else' deceitful expectations. If you are fat and happy - stay fat. Trust me, losing weight can help you carry yourself around but it won't change your perceptions.

  • i have so much tension between my 2 kids and my nagging but ofcourse loving wife...i feel like my body is gonna snap like a twig or my heart is just gonna pop sometimes....seeing that your cute and seem to no what you are talking about i will follow you and see if there really is something to this yoga....i will say though you got your hands full because i feel like every muscle in my body is out of tune.

  • Do you just do yoga and eat vegan foods? Or do you also do any exercises that involve weights or cardio?

  • @SaevTheAnimals I do cardio too and my yoga style- pranashama yoga-incorporates core training, functional fitness, qi gong and pilates techniques.

  • i wonder if she's vegan because for most people giving up dairy permanently wouldn't be a great idea. i know there are replacement nutritional food thingies but ... yeah.

  • giving up dairy permanently is the best thing anyone can do.

  • lol I think it's time to re-evaluate.

  • I personally don't feel dairy is bad when it's natural, but today there are too many additives and most cattle are no longer grass fed. There are too many chemicals harmful to the body being put in animal feed and there is overwhelming evidence to support that these chemicals not only get passed to the animals but also to their reproductive organs and can be found in chicken eggs for example. Believe it the same happens to humans.

    Dairy is no longer what it was 100 years ago.

  • Definitely agree there. No other mammal drinks milk for anything other than the first few weeks or month that the young cannot consume anything else. It should obviously be the same case for us. We're probably not meant to digest milk or milk products as adults - at least not properly.

  • Thats why milk activates your the glands in your esophagus and creates a lot of mucous if you drink a lot of milk.

  • Dashama, Awesome video. I have started massaging the sides of my stomach and it does feel good after the massage. Can you share if the massage does help strenghten the 2nd and the 3rd chakra or not ? How does the massage help ?

  • Massaging your stomach will tonify your organs and help in the digestion proces as well as open and balance your chakras. This can lead to them getting stronger, but primarily you should do strengthening exercises and kriyas to strengthen, and the massage is for tonifying and balancing. namaste my friend
