It may be the very same song but it seems to me the stage setting changes from concert to concert, like from city to city. This and Pokerface seem to have the most action on stage(am I wrong?). I'm begining to think she's packing 'em in just like the BSB's did(is that right), it just seems that way and for a female performer thats great. She probably still got alt of catching up to do to surpass the ticket sales sold for the BSB's concerts but will she do it?, that's the big question.

there no way even the smartest singer can remember every single word in 15 plus songs. It's hard to sing from memory especiall fast dance songs. That's why even Gaga sings with a backing track to help them remember. Gaga and all female singers sing over the backing track.

EXACTLY and look at those heels she wears throughout the whole concert! I wouldn't be surprised if she tripped a little here and there lol and besides this is in Montreal, her first show for the Monster Ball and I think she still did a hell of a kick ass show. :) LOVE YOU LADY GAGA!!!

First off, who ever said I was American? Just because I live in America, doesn't mean I'm American. So don't be ignorant. Second, I never said I thought I was better than everyone. I'm just stating a clear fact. And its not just in this video, but in others I've seen of the show as well. And apparently, according to the number of "thumbs up"s seen next to negative comments about the crowd, I'm not the only one thinking this way.

i love gaga, but this looks kinda amateurish.

she sounds like she's struggling through singing and dancing at the same time and doesn't sound good (so out of breath). i don't think the hands free microphone suits her either. a lot of her comments sound out of place too "did anyone tell you canada was my first record?"
