I just bought the entry level model of the Canadian variant, the DV2-1024CA & man am I loving it. It's a little slow as you'd expect due to the MV-40 for multitasking but when you run single lone apps it kicks ass in ever way, havent really gamed on it yet, bought it mainly for its size & to do work on it (programming, reading up on stuff, keeping in contact with my colleagues) but so far I'm in love with it it is indeed a very beautiful little laptop, netbook & notebook, best of both worlds. :)
And btw it's not got very good battery life so go for something like a DV5-1225CA or DV5-1234SE if you don't need something that's of a good size/weight to carry around and also need something with better battery life, I bought the DV2-1024CA too instead of the DV2-1044CA coz the 1044CA is heavier by a little bit I wanted something that was as light and portable as a netbook but also packed a little bit more of a punch than a regular netbook = HP DV2-1024CA
