@Shalefaxus with max armor perks in either light armor and heavy armor and/or some alteration spells, both can get to max armor rating. Only difference is that dragonscale is LIGHT armor, meaning its better. I am also pretty sure that max armor rating means a damage reduction of 80%. with the dragonhide spell, (that reduces all damage by 80%) anyone can achieve maximum damage reduction. The only thing that matters is if your wearing light armor or heavy armor

l have full Daedric armor and weapons and l can also spawn two Dremora Lords, so l normally never die, l love this game and l only need to do the thieves guild before l have all the main(ish) quests complete. But last week l was in a dungeon and a skeleton shot an arrow in my knee, it really affects my daily activities, the healer said it was irreversible and l will have to give up my adventures, so l'm thinking of joining the Whiterun Guard, they even have group therapy there for people like me
