How is it possible that I've cleared every stage (easy, normal, hard, insane) and i still didn't unlock this song? I'm playing this in Japanese... How do i know what rank i am? >_>

Impossible, you must clear all bonus songs to even enter insane mode.

@StarGengar Not true, I got insane mode and didn't go back and do these levels. The bonus levels are optional bud. :)

@StarGengar Yeah, if they are unlocked you must do them but the bonuses are linked to the RANK not the difficulties you unlock. :) So, if they are unlocked they aren't optional but otherwise they are. :)

Well, either you are only getting D´s or you haven´t played all difficulties. As Rave said, it depends on your rank, so in a playtrought where you only get B, A or S´s, you sure as heck will obtain them all before even entering insane mode (my case)
