You feel like dying really as the emotional and mental pain can get the best of you....it over takes you. I recall having to constantly put my mind in a place of peace by force as I didn't feel like it. I would go into the bathroom and cry for the entire hour because, the pain was so bad...I will say that after almost one year, I was able to get over by ex, but it was a hard, long and teary road.

It has been about 6 months for me. I'm still suffering more than I should be but your video inspires me. They are thoughts I've had before but you put it all so succinctly.

most of us here have a broken heart..The vid helped me so much but then seeing that I am not alone in this suffering helps even more...I send all of you love...We will all be fine we are all worth it..

Thank you for this video. My best friend called me today after helping to move his girlfriend out of his home. The end of a 3 yr relationship. I couldn't think of the right thing to say, so I came online to try to find something. The very first thing I found was this video. I have sent it to him. I think it's exaclty what he needs to hear.

WOW, I had my heart broken about 2 years ago and it still hurts when I think about him(not as much now). I didnt have anyone to talk to that understood how I felt deep down inside. If I would have seen this video back then it would have helped me tramendously. (god forbid )but I hope that if anyone is suffering from a broken heart finds this video and learns from it.
