I'm not a frequent meditator but when I close my eyes and concentrate on the middle of my both eyes, I di feel a strenuous energy and everything around me gets quiet and I kind of forget myself. Honestly iv always been able to feel my "third eye". I just get bored and close my eyes and focus my whatever u want to call it, energy of some sort, and funnel it to my forehead. I didn't think it was my third eye just thought it was my imagination. Maybe it is maybe it isn't. @pieman6313 To be honest it happened the third time I ever meditated, at the time I had no knowledge of the third eye or anything metaphysical. I still meditate everyday and feel as though I'm getting closer to understanding how to get back to where I was. Once I do I will def be in touch. For now, educate yourself on meditation and the hows and whys of it's power. It's a truly beneficial thing to do and if you want it bad enough you will learn how to do it. @nator267 /Each individual is different. Proceed slowly. Maybe 5 or 10 minutes of practice at first then extent by a minute or two each session until you reach 30 mins of daily practice. Meditation is safest practice to start. Lots of how-to info on Net.

A "vision" is like looking at an object then closing your eyes and picturing that object in your mind's eye. The more you practice the clearer the inner vision will become. See soccer scores the same. Intend "seeing" the final score.
