REMEMBER WHEN YOU GET A SERVICE BILL FROM THIRD PARTY ON YOUR AT&T BILL ITS A SCAM. AT&T SHOULD BE STOPPING THIS BECAUSE THIS COMES FROM WITH THEIR SERVICE!

When the phone companies makes these agreements, do you honestly think those sleazeballs are going to be honest to Verizon/ATT/etc about how they advertize and present their ToS? I PURCHASED my iPhone, CLEARLY advising the salesman that I will be in Asia, using an Asian phone service. A month later, AT&T sends me a bill, FURTHERMORE LOCKS the iPhone so I can't use it with the local phone service in the Philippines or China.
AT&T demanded their money, I told them I would pay them as soon as they refund me the $400+ for the useless phone they conned me into. -Obviously I have not received a check, and since I don't have phone service, AT&T can't call me to collect.

This is from scammers disguised behind a loathsome debt collection agency called "Portfolio Recovery Associates". If you answer the number the line is dead. Calling it back you receive a recording the number is disconnected. The next thing you know your phone bill climbs by another $20-$30 dollars every month. AT&T is dumb enough to pay these greasy thieves & then pass on the fee to your account.
