Mmm possibly, possibly not. Both are observed from the northern club scene, but the club is more the flash/tacky style, much in the genre of Stringfellow/Pete Waterman nightclubs. Phoenix Nights is more of the working mens scene, not so flash. The Club is more "Hit Man and Her" whereas Pheonix Nights is more "Wheeltappers and Shunters".
