  • Nice Job !!!

  • Hi, Im about to change my inlet valves on my crf 250 09. The bike has ran 60 hours. But i wonder do I have to recut the valve seats? Many mechanics say that with the inlet titanium valves on the crf 250 yo dont need to cut new seats as long as they look ok.

  • @chieftec98~ u can do a "leak down" test on the combustion chamber, with the valves installed and seated with the valve-spring pressure, to see if there is any leakage of the valves. Of course, to do this u will need to remove the cylinder and block-off the bore so no air can leak through it. U could bolt it on to a piece of wood.

  • Great!!
