In Germany it's only the Gakuen Heaven - Manga (with the pairing: NiwaXKeita) which is translated -3- (wanna have the game)

but there are some more manga, I think.. I surely know about another manga-version of Gakuen Heaven with the pairing: NakajimaXkeita ... but I totally prefer the anime-pairing (óò kazu is sooo cute >///<... but it's too soft *maaah* the anime *drop*)
