The "clouds" behind the picture of the windmill are not natural clouds, but clouds made by aerosol sprayed out of military planes. Do research. This is not theory. There is 600,000 square miles of fresh water under Australia. The rivers to the north produce more water than the Amazon and Nile combined. At the turn of the century it was proposed to divert these flood waters inland, they were allowed and still are pouring out to sea.
