@TenTwentySixBand hey dude, sorry i wasn't able to get into the guitars on the video. you saw how i plugged the guitars into the mixer. basically what i'll do is use either my fender fm 212r or vox da-15 practice amp and alternate between recording direct in (through the headphone jack on the amp) or micing it up with the equitek. then i beef up the sound with a buttload of effects pedals/vsts

@BigJoeGuitars let's see, the mixer was probably around $250 when i got it, which was like 7 years ago. the microphone was given to me by a very generous friend of mine who's a producer. it's probably worth like $150 nowadays, but back in its day it was probably a lot more. sony acid pro retails for $250, but i've upgraded the program over the years, so i've only had to pay a little every so often to get the latest version. assorted cables probably $100 total. sorry for the late response
