The celebrities during interviews, photoshoots, acting, modeling ect. all have some special makeup to cover themselves (even the guys). Notice how in the great pictures there's a lighting effect to make it bright. The makeup covers up the wrinkles, bags, age spots, dark circles, marks ect. Those other pics were tooken during the day or through a camera light which makes everything on the face noticeable. They can't have makeup on all the time. It's not always good for the skin.
