  • I see a lot of questions weather or not the Messerschmitt ME-262 (Nazi Jet Fighter) if I had more time in production, would've changed the outcome of World War II. Go search for "Final Countdown dog fight scene" & you'll see a Fighter Jet would WRECK a WWII era propeller-driven fighter plane in EVERY way...what happened in WWII against the Messerschmitt ME-262's that actually did make it into combat, out numbered like 50 to 1. & US had Radar. Radar won that air war. The Horten HO-229 was STEALTH

  • give me a thumbs up if you first learned about "HO-IX" in Medal of Honor: Frontline

  • @scassidy0526 exactly, Germany gets my respect for fighting the world, lets see the United States do that in 2011 against Russia, China, India, and North Korea, and any other country that decides to join them, just like the Germans had to fight France, Great Britain, Russia, and The United States and any other country that joined them, come on Americans, lets see if you could take on the world for 6 years just like the Nazis did, 1 on 1 the U.S would of got smashed by the Nazis. pussies........

  • @TUNEDBYRET

USA currently has the best military today, so I suggest you show respect.

  • @MrSquaky it's not so much that i don't have respect for the U.S military, it's just that people swear that they defeated the Nazis by themselves in ww2, that is absolutely incorrect.

  • @TUNEDBYRET

I knows that, Germany was a world super power, but technically speaking the USSR defeated Germany basically by themselves. USA, Canada, and UK helped save N Africa, and USA freed France but the Soviets took the Nazi's head on. USA basically took on Japan alone. USA deserves much credit for our effort in WW2. Not all the credit, but allot for sure.

  • @MrSquaky now the soviets i do agree that they took on the nazis by themselves, they even pushed them back after the nazis were so close to the capital. yeah the U.S took on the Japanese by themselves, but it was because of the A bomb that they made them surrender, they get credit, but some people think they deserve like 75% or something.

  • @MrSquaky Lol, or You'll do WHAT exactly?

  • @scassidy0526 LOL suck a dick kid the US was fighting Japan on one front and Germany on the other. You should just bend your head between your legs and kiss your lucky stones that Germany surrendered before we turned Berlin into a parking lot. Germany got CRUSHED.

  • @Nonsensei436 the united states would get smashed if they fought germany one on one, seriously dude, the germans were in a league of their own, it took practically the whole world to stop them, lets see the united states take on China, India, Russia, and North Korea, then we'll see if they can hold them out for 6 years. The united states is weak. Japan was holding their ground until these pussies decided to drop the bomb on them. Prime Nazi Germany> USA 1 on 1

  • @TUNEDBYRET Japan was not holding their own against the United States when the atomic bomb was used.

The had lost all the strategic islands in the pacific as well as the Phillipines. Invasion of the mainland was only months away. Invasion of Japan would have cost perhaps a million lives. In truth the atomic bomb ended up saving lives both American and Japanese.

  • America won, Germany lost. Exalt their advanced ideas all you wan't. Revile the US for "stealing" them all you want. In the end none of them were good enough to win the war for Germany.

  • It was an early concept of a stealth fighter. We can´t think that first ideas are perfect. I think they were made of wood because to have less weight to realize 1000km range. Engines couldn´t be made of wood - so they are made of metal.

If you have seen the whole movie you´ve seen that english forces would only have had 2,5 minutes to respond - and that would have been too less.

  • So... Enlighten me.... A wooden aircraft with METAL engines and a large heat signature... What makes it Stealth???? Even todays Stealths (F-117A and B-2) arent Stealth they give off the signature of a "Small flock of birds". And having witnessed a F-117A landing at Fairford in the 90's and being picked up by an RAF Regt Rapier Unit is hilarious... So do please explain how this WW2 German aircraft is Stealth?

So many people ust ump to conculsions from a photo or a consipracy website (yawn)...

  • @whitey1304

They don't this craft had compared to other airplanes of the day a 20 to 30% reduction in radar coverage, for that time that is a huge advantage.

  • I live near Wasserkuppe .. Today it is an empty area -UNESCO reservation Rhoen ;)

  • Wish i could see one fly, pure awesome design.

  • the first " stealth plane was a german technology not usa

  • meh...i have 1 of these in my backyard......(hehehejk)

  • What I'd like to know is where is the original Horton that the US has stuffed away somewhere?

It's not a big secret since it's over 60 years old, now is it? And why are we really only hearing about it now. My mother told me stories about this back in the 70's, so how'd she know about it?

    What's the big secret?

    Herk

    •∆•

    V-V

  • @SweetDoug The plane is stored disassembled in rusty condition in a non-public hangar of the Smithsonian's Garber restoration facility (National Air and Space Museum, Washington). It's planned to restore it for public exhibition. The pictures of the plane stored there you can see on Wikipedia (search for "Horten 229"). Northrop built a replica in 2008 to test the stealth capabilities on 1940's radar systems and proved them to be high for that time.

  • thanks for the upload!

  • similiar design to the B-2

  • @oddsquad152 no, B-2 similar design to the horten 229

  • Interesting video (thanks) but the text screens need to be displayed for three times as long...

  • btw, americans and the germans where doing this at somewhat the same time. They did not copy plans. the american flying wing was made in 1941 XB-35 ! similar looking imo, but same concept.

  • @musclerocker

the horten brothers did this much earlier!!

  • @chris1980x @evildeathmonkey1 This is full Nazi Bullshit + watch American built flying winf on Utube > "Flying Wing Northrop N1M & N1M-2 " on Utube. Northro USAp had twin engine powered flying wings that flew in 1939. The German myth that they did it first is bunch of shit. Von Brau an employee of Nasa admitted he stold designs from US Patent of Robert Goddard who launcjed the 1st liquid rocket to exceed 600 MPH. Krauts R lying copy cats trying to save face for the humiliating WW2 defeat.

  • Comment removed

  • @chris1980x When it come stolen property how about the stolen art work + gold found in the cave. Oh how in German Nazi occupied France U Krauts enslaved French workers. How about the Jewish Slave Labor and murder, For such a smart people U Krauts branded yourselfs as socipathic murderers. My God you gassed Jews and other in Gas Chambers _ U say USA defeats little nations? Germany is a big shit stain on the people of Europe U Krauts showed 1 U have no equal when it comes to cruelty + genocide!

  • @LottoWinner999 They're all dead. Those Krauts are dead. Germans aren't responsible for what happened in the war. Oh about Jews care to enlighten the rest here about the Jewish domination of the Soviet Kommissars? 66% at one point. Beria, Stalin, and the Kommissars murdered 10s of millions in the USSR. And that was before 20 million military deaths. Go look for better pickin's I call and raise you 1.

  • @nor888vast695 Than why R Nazsi flooding Utube with their great accomplishments that used slave labor, invading small nations + stealing their food, land + homes. Than all the wonderful marching Waffen SS that U Krauts call the best troops in the world. U Nazi boat we R wonderful when Nazi's were psychotic murdering pigs. U Nazi are the defeated, tried, convicted + it was proven your were criminals. Nazi's post this propaganda that is outlawed in Germany for good reason, BTW I am not Jewish!

  • @LottoWinner999 How about the French getting a hard-on for Indo-China again after the Germans were expelled? Ultimately 55,000 americans died for that piece of ground. The French went back to enslave the people in that area again so how's it that the French were better than Germans? Jews branded themselves as sociopathic murderers in controlling the USSR NKVD and committing numberless murders in USSR. You need to clean out your eye first.

  • @nor888vast695 I hate the French who cut a deal with the Japs + gave them Vietnam + than after the Vieitnames get rid of the Japs the French had the nerve to say were back? The French arer pigs + one of the worlds most brutal oppressive colonial powers. When De Gaulle got his butt in the meat ginder he said to Eisenhower he would pull out of NATO if he did not get planes, tanks, money to defeat the Vieitnames which forced Ho Chi Minh into the Communist Camp and draggged USA into Vietnam war.

  • @chris1980x It was fucking balsa wood glider and did not even have a have a rubber band. However on youtube you can watch "Flying Wing Northrop N1M & N1M-2 " and see the first Northropp twin engine flying wing in developments from 1933. It Flew in 1939 years ahead of the Krauts. It was the Krauts Nazi who stole design from Northropp Aeronautics. U Kraut Nazi are such lying thieves it disgusting + the only thing you Krauts do well is lose world wars. Have a nice day and up yo ass Kraut MF!

  • @LottoWinner999 Lying thieves. Do you mean like lying jew thieves or just thieves in general. The man talks a lot but he too worried about people that are dead. My ancestors fought for the South so does that make me a slaver owner? That shit ended in 1865.

  • @LottoWinner999 Have you ever heard of the Mosquito? It's specs called for an all balsa body. I was amazed it could handle the stress but it must have.

  • @nor888vast695 Brits brits built it but that does not change the fact the "Flying Wing Northrop N1M & N1M-2 " + first Northropp twin engine flying wing in developments from 1933. It Flew in 1939 years ahead of Krauts. It was the Krauts Nazi who stole design from Northropp Aeronautics. Also Krauts built with wood and steel cuz they did not have lightweight aluminum used all American Bombers + fighters. All US planes were made from light aluminum + Kraut planes were slower cuz of heavy steel.

  • @LottoWinner999

The Horten borthers were already using "flying wing" gliders even before the war so they could not have stolen from Northrop.

    First one flew in 1933.

  • @Dreachon

The based they work on Alexander Lippisch who had a tailless flying in production in 1921, I think it was also a glider.

In the 20's and 30's it led him to a research program that resulted in 50 desgins.

He made important contributions to the concepts of flying wing, delta wing and ground effect.

  • Comment removed

  • @LottoWinner999

Have you just completely ignored my post, as i said before the Horthen borthers based their work on desgin of Alexander Li[ppisch who was testing tail-less and flying wing planes with the first going into production in 1921, way before the 1st Northrop.

And the germans did have a 4 engined bomber it He-177 greif, though this had an odd configuration as 2 engines were placed in a single pod, was a succesfull as it caused quite some problems.

  • @Dreachon

As for stealing should we start at how much the US got their greedy hands on during the last months of WWII when they sent out their teams far and wide throughout germany taking whatever they could, were do you think the technology that would launch the US to the moon came from, dr Werner von Braun and his V2 rockets.

  • @Dreachon I hope have sewer suit with a face mask cuz your shits keeps getting deeper with every post. German bomber wtih one built doe not count as military force + was put into production. However U reaching back in time lying that Alexander Li[ppisch sketches predated is Northrop absurd. U krauts R liars + U will do any thing to say U did it 1ST. Luftwaffe was a joke + it did not take USAAF very long to destroy + reduce German cities to rubble. Take ur lies + shove them up your Krauts ass/

  • @LottoWinner999

You really are an arrogant idiot, check wiki you can find the info on when Alexander Lippisch started to work on his design for tail-less and flying ings concept, firsts ones reached production in 1921.

There is nothing of "kraut lies"in it.

  • @Dreachon

Not to mention that the He-177 Greif went into production in 1942 with ilncuding variants comes to a grand total of 1137 aircfat build from 1942 to 1945.

  • @Dreachon

Sorry I ment until august 1944, as a further the british were impressed by the He-177 as they conducted tests with it after the war given it had a considerable range and was similair to the B-29 which also needed 2 years to have all of it's problems ironed out, in 1944 it was the most advanced heavy bomber the luftwaffe had, they could easily climb and fly at an altitude of 7000m or 22,926 feet with a speed between 600 and 700 kmp, carrying a 5,6 ton bombload.

  • Comment removed

  • @Dreachon The B-29 was largest aircraft during WW2. Pressurized cabin, an electronic fire-control system, and remote-controlled machine-gun turrets. B-29 was only bomber able to successfuly deliver Nuclear weapons on Hiroshima + Nagasaki. The B-29 was capable of flight up to 40,000 feet at speeds of up to 378 mph. Jap + Kraut Piston planes could not reach that height + Range w/max.payload, 2100 miles. Japs fighter could get near the B-29 altitude + could not catch up @ full speed!

  • @LottoWinner999 Shut up you uggly nerd you sitting 24 hours at your computer. The Luftwaffe was a Joke your uggly mother is a joke damn faggot. stupid you ammis can steal anything except German engineering and urban bombings without factories military. You have really nothing on it

  • @MegaHanfi The Luftwaffe was a joke and the USSAF completely fucking destroyed the Luftwaffe Deutche Pussy Boys flying their toys yelling watch out were Luftwaffe Deutche Pussy Boys and we love it up our asses especailly when Reichmarsahll Faggot butt fucks all the yong boys.

Luftwaffe Deutche Pussy Boys are Faggots and we killed all of them!!

  • @LottoWinner999

What is it with you and just insulting people, are you just that childish that you just ignore facts that disrove your absurd claims and just call anybody who disagrees with you a nazi.

You have absolutely no idea of what you are talking about, also if you want to know the Horten brothers had a twin-engine flying wing in the form of the two seat Ho-V constructed between 1936 and 1939, again this disproves your claim of the Horten's suppossed stealing of the Northrop plans.

  • Comment removed

  • @LottoWinner999

Aagain just show how childish and immature you are, your posts contain nothing but lies and insults.

You don't even have facts to back up your absurds claims.

  • @LottoWinner999 Ah by the way the Germans invented almost everything you guys are proud of. In fact jet engines, rocket engines, tanks, assault rifles, machine guns and so on. And by the way even today you guys are still using german technology like the leopard cannon and H&K weapons. Now prove me im wrong. Thank you.

  • @N3tieb Ah BTW Von Braun an employee @ the Goddard Space Center admitted he stole design for the V-2 from Robert Goddard patents. NM USA in 1926 Goddard launched worlds 1st liquid fuel rocket to exceed 500 MPH in 1926. On utube watch "Father Of The Space Age" - Dr. Robert Goddard". USA invented Gatling Gun in US Civil War 1863 + Brits invented Maxim Machine Gun in 1894. Frank Wittle in England built 1ST Jet Engine in 1930. What a stupid Nazi U turned out 2B + don't forget USA 1St in Fliight.

  • @LottoWinner999

Your beeing childish again, I don't have to thumb down your post, other people are already doing that.

Your own stupidity and arrogance are causing this, given that you can't make a single post without insulting a person.

Once again your tuskegee video, your really are dumb, the video clearly mentions 3 different airmen each shooting down and Me-262, only loser around here is you.

  • @LottoWinner999

Do bring in your friends let them have a look and they soon find out the real nazi troll here.

  • @LottoWinner999

Nope as the Horten also had power flying wings in the form of the Ho-II with a single prop, single Ho-III with a single prop in 1937, Ho-V with twin-engined somewere between 1936 and 1938.

All of these took flight before Northrop's N1M.

  • @Dreachon they even had the design of the flying wing in the 20's! then in the early 30's they got a push propeller variant to actually fly. so yeah theres no way they stole the idea for this from anywhere

  • @LottoWinner999

Once again you can't do a thing but lie, here are facts, Northrop didn't produce any other flying wing protypes between 1930 and 1939 as he focussed on standard fixed wing planes.

    Horten started in 1933.

And once again you can't do anything but insult others and then you act surprised when people are giving you thumbs down.

  • @chris1980x It figures your a digruntedl German Nazi who still cires we lost WW2 + I can tell you that all the Nations Germany invaded and occupied and murdered their Jews and population hate your fucking German Nazi Guts. I have been to Europe + people there still do not trust Germany and thats why America occupies Germany to this day. Fact the Jews hate your guts will never trust you. France, Brtiain + Russia have Nukes and if Germany ever tired to rearm they would Nuke yo Kraut Assess ASAP.

  • lol @ the American music when it was made by the Germans hahaha

  • terrifing to think this aircraft could have been used by 1946...

BTW Have you heard of the Amerika Bomber?

  • @quinnmacleod

    er amerika rocket lol

  • Great video my friend. Best Regards!
