I know Vicky personaly and she is going to do a good job it is just itme for IKE to go 33 years that is a long time for any job time for some one new and Vicky is the right person for the job she is who she says she is true and a out standing person
I grew up in Richmond, and this is a district with a lot of Republicans and conservative Democrats who've always voted for Skelton. He's pro-life, respects the military, and has a reputation for being responsive to constituent needs.
I agree that Hartzler's message is generic. It wouldn't be too hard to agree with everything she said here, and still vote for Skelton. She isn't going to beat him. But by voting for TARP and the Stimulus, he just might have retired himself. We shall see.
I agree with the "generic" comments. I'm fairly conservative in all of my views, but I don't feel that being conservative is enough to help run our country. Anybody could sit there and say the things she says. We need know-how and solutions. Not more generic talk. Our fine country deserves better than Hartzler.
@rskopec7 You can't be rational with the irrational. Hartzler is to GENERIC to make a difference. I guess these people haven't heard her speak, she's definitely not the sharpest knife in the drawer. LOL.

Ike's been around too long. Time to retire him and bring in a true patriot. It may seem generic, but that's because she's for the conservative way that so many others stand for. Vicky Hartzler believes in the true constitutional values that make America great. I've seen her in person several times, and she's the person I want in congress.
There's nothing special here. Seems to me like anyone wanting to run for congress could say this same thing. I don't feel I'm looking at a strong congresswoman here. I'm an Independent and if I had to vote today, I'd vote for Ike. Sorry, but Vicky Hartzler just seems generic.
