  • i like daft punk but this sounds alittle better.

  • they both are legends they just had different roles kraftwerk created the genre daft punk made it what it is known as today for the most part

  • Kraftwerk are legends, they CREATED electronic music.

Daft Punk are also legends, I'd say they're about equal.

Daft Punk has had a huge influence on techno music since they started, and same as Kraftwerk but each had their different era.

  • i grew up with this music

    awesome

  • Nicht Kraftwerk, nicht Daft Punk, einfache!

  • Alright! Who is working with Daft Punk?

  • 10101010100000101010101001010101000010101010101010100010101000100110010001001111100100101010101010101010010101010010101110111111010000000000000111110101010101000010101010110001010101000000100011111101010101010101010100010101010101010101010101010001010101010001001010101010101010101000001010101010

  • Perfect soundtrack for travelling with the japanese Bullet train...

  • Kraftwerk is a dad of the Electronic Music:)

  • aerodynamic is better :3

  • what year is this?

  • I love Kraftwerk, but many people are mistaken in believing that they were the pioneers of electronic music. THE pioneers of electronic music were Tangerine Dream, founded 1967.

  • @QualityTimeChannel INCORRECT, TANGERINE DREAM AND KRAFTWERK WERE BORNED IN THE SAME COUNTRY, TANGERINE DREAM DIDN'T ANYTHING ABOUT ELECTRONIC MUSIC, NOBODY REMEMBER THEM IN ELECTRONIC MUSIC, AND KRAFTWERK MAKE EVERYTHING IN ELECTRONIC MUSIC... GO TO SEE SOME DOCUMENTARY ABOUT KRAUTROCK..... IDIOT.

  • awesome song here wow cool tune indeed

  • erinnert mich iwie an garageband und mixcraft 5 .. das kommt bei mir auch raus wenn ich mal ne stunde davor sitzt :D

  • hooo yea... i feel good.

  • Still love HURTS too much...

  • demais, sem essas pessoas não existiria musica eletronica, hoje em dia é facil fazer,

  • Extremely great bassline! I just love to listen this in the car....

  • nice song here wow cool indeed

  • THEY are in the grid ! :D

  • These guys are brilliant pioneers of electronic music. :)

  • Die Beste Musik!!!!!

  • Golliwogg APPROVES of this song.

  • When I heard this first time, I thought, YESS!

A new Kraftwerk single with something old and yet something fresh,

    always loyal Kraftwerk-style;:)

  • You can't compere Kraftwerk to Daft-Punk, they are totally different!, i love them both but I know that without Kraftwerk Electronic music today either wouldn't exist or sound very very different (in a bad way), Kraftwerk gave the world something unique, very original and important and I'm sure that without Daft-Punk growing up on Kraftwerk's music they wouldn't be here today, so respect!

  • @ThorsHammerStudios Daft Punk are only newcomers...

  • @ThorsHammerStudios oh wait you actually think Kraftwerk invented electronic music? well that's just hilarious

  • i love kraftwerk and all, but to be honest, i prefer daft punk. they made a song called aerodynamic too, and compared to this.... well, i find it better.

  • @TootAzraqIndustries I remember the same feeling when I listened to Daft Punk's song. They put a lot of energy into their Aerodynamic and that's why I prefered it. Now I think Kraftwerk's Aerodynamik is a very good track too, but just in different way :)

  • J'adore...! Merci Kraftwerk to have introduce electronic music to the world...

  • Respect !

  • r those just still photos?

  • i like their blue heads :))) they are funny :D

  • These german cholos are Ghetto

  • they don't even move

  • pioneers.....cracks me up that even though i'm overweight, with thinning hair, 2 kids etc etc.. i walk down the street and i see kids in their hoodies and baggy jeans, calvin klein pants, headphones etc listening to the latest bullshit hip hop and i'm thinking... 'hey you!! the music you are listening to only exists because of the band i love'....bless 'em

  • @stfcgrey

    calm down

  • @hemansx pull ya jeans up

  • OMG I LOVE THESE GUYS!!!!!!!!!!!

  • One big fail

  • It's same good as Daft Punk's Aerodynamic

  • mmm its better aerodynamic

  • Audi 100 C3 and this song. Yeah!

  • "i'm your servant, i'm your worker!":))

  • Very good song with nice beat

  • Their early music was way ahead of it time, even then they experiemented with analog technology. Im talking about the lates 60's early 70'sThe current electronica genre/movement owes a lot to these four guys (Daft Punk included. Still thought they should've used Kraftwerk instead of Daft Punk for the Tron soundtrack. Kraftwerk is older and much more sophisticated musically than Daft but that's just me)

  • @malkuth3 daft punk sucks the dick of kraftwerk.... like or not...

  • @malkuth3 Although Kraftwerk are older than Daft Punk, Dafts are more computer based and even alien like (if you count Interstella 5555). Dafts have expirience with movies and soundtracks before and they Still perform (or at least make music) in the same due as when they started.

All in all the Tron OST is a master-peice! I don't know how would Kraftwerk perform on the ost, as their style of music is more "raw", Dafts are more funky and smooth = they are more like computers

  • @Klaisak why would you say that funky and smooth is more like computers? that's more of a human trait, computers are raw and exact

  • @malkuth3 Lets make this clear,Kraftwerk started a movement,Daft Punk Revolutionized it.They mixed electronic music with rock and made an original recipe filled with funk. They changed electronic music giving it a mysterious twist yet creative to it.Nobody can be compared with Daft Punk, not in Live performances, not in sampling, nor scenarios, nor character.

  • i love european music...daft punk, bowie, and trillions of others...ahhhh

  • Hey, a French group named Daft Punk made a song called 'Aerodynamic'. Anyone who's not a huge fan already should checks it out.

  • @imblue36752100 but only the name is the same

  • @biofear - No it's not. It only sounds the same.

  • I can't believe they are still in working order and producing such beauty.

    Material.

    Position.

    Condition.

    Still perfection.

  • @L00kng ...correct.

  • perfection mecanique... aero dynamic

    materiel et technique... aero dynamic

  • like it! plastic wares!

  • I want to rendezvous with you.

  • Seriously, though, do they wear plastic masks????

  • @JohnRobertPosey No, they don't. It's light and heavy makeup.

  • @JohnRobertPosey No, they don't. It's light and heavy makeup. Although at one time they did have a set of replica dummies...

  • What's the language and means what??

  • @beizaiiiii Kraftwerk is german for power station

  • I saw a woman dressed like them at Walmart

  • @zowzow1 and did she have matching plastic earnings and makeup to go?

  • Comment removed

  • I would wear that except it totally doesn't look slimming

  • TRON ambiance lol !

  • Do they sell those suits in tesco's?

  • BOTOX ftw

  • it's COOL......

  • the real deal

  • Really? Which "samples" do you mean?

  • i do notice some samples from their older songs :D

  • TRON :D

  • got to love these genius pioneers!

  • Ahh, I remember hearing this once, back when I didn't know Kraftwerk existed!

    This is awesome!

  • ich hasse mein Laptop........

  • Fathers of electronic music... Really great track...

Thank's them for revolution in 20'th century music industry...

  • OK cool, but disappointing in comparison to the track of the same name released two years earlier

  • @formicFabricant

.....certainly not for fans of real electronic music

  • nice background music XD love the 70's!!!!!!!

  • @MWFBrasil i hope you're being sarcastic - this was released in 2003, not in the 70s...

  • @jimmy3284 i didn't say that it was released in the 70's i just said i love the 70's

  • Aero dynamik

    Perfection mekanik

    Aero dynamik

    Materiel et technik

    Aero dynamik

    Condition et physik

    Aero dynamik

    Position et taktik

    Aero dynamik

  • MECHA !

  • legends

  • GODS OF ELECTRONIC MUSIC

  • It is amazing to think that those guys are making this kind of songs since the 70's

40 years ahead of their time.

  • @marcelosinico Further more, they actually had to BUILD instruments on which to play... we call them synths today :D

  • THIS GROUP IS FLIPPING AMAZING!!!!!!!!!! I LOOOOOOOOVE THEM!!!!!

  • their music will never get old

  • If Daft Punk was Neo, Krafwerk would be Agent Smith...

The same, yet the total opposite!!!?!?!?!?!!!?!

  • What is the Kanye West song that he stole from this. I know i've heard it

  • @TheDjhannibalgrandma Please dont say kanye sampled this....

  • my faveorite part was 0:00 to 3:38

  • They are anticipating electro music in the years to come. They are furthering the genre more and more, and are one of the only electro/techno bands that almost everyone likes. KRAFTWERK

  • real scarry....................

  • This is good but I was hoping for something like Daft Punk's Aerodynamic. =P

  • WoW clone !!!111

  • the wipe out version of this song is nice as well

  • @TekoMuto Here' a rule, and if you don't believe, then research it yourself...but kraftwerk were the ones who inspired everyone, the artists today just steal and all the people (you can be a starter) who listen to the music from artists nowadays have NO IDEA what has been going on behind their backs, all the people infected by today's music are blinded by the music today, but i was lucky enough to pass through the barrier....

  • @CoolGuy1943 same here man, without kraftwerk where would the inspiration be, i think the artists of today thought it was cool to copy other peoples work in which they had work so hard for, where as artists of today who think they are talented just cause they make people think its a song they did themselves are nothing more than talentless pricks..... people dont bother to research the source of the songs anymore -_-

  • @TekoMuto Dude, please tell me you're kidding. Kraftwerk was way before Kanye

  • @TekoMuto I hope you're joking xD

  • @TekoMuto Man, Kraftwerk came before Kanye West. So, they can't have stolen it from him. Or, are you saying they used a time machine? Well, I thought so. So, it's way more probable that Kanye West stole it, not the inverse.

  • @TekoMuto no Kanye West stole it from Kraftwerk

  • @TekoMuto

    Haha !

  • @TekoMuto : lol,that was a nice joke C:

    retard

  • @TekoMuto I think what you're searching for is "Kanye West sampled this song in one of his".

  • Great video.

Is this a remix or the original version?

  • Deutche DEVO.

  • @yuztupid ... I am sure that is very witty but sadly I do not speak in that language, please translate to English if possible, Thanks ! :-) Kraftwerk is a great band to be sure ! no one beats their ability on sythesizers I think. I am rediscovering them. They were so ahead of their time its scary !

  • Dang, even I could dance to this stuff ! cool outfits !

  • @videocanone te egy túlbuzgó mócsing vagy, aki imádja önmagát! Egy buta,köcsög. Önmagát bimm-bamm-ozó üres kondér :D

  • Kraftwerk finest german synti

  • Kraftwerk forever! és mindörökké! Amen. :P :)

  • Technology is fascinating! :D

  • This stuff is fucking creepy! I think I just saw the guy on the right´s JAW move at 0:49 when he said: ¨Babi boo, system sick¨ or something like that...

  • @darknyro2

He is just singing "Ah-Ree-Ooh Die-Naa-Miek" (phonetic) just as the title of the song...

  • They've got something scary about them, but on the other hand, the look (and i think, ARE) very friendly.

Great music, they've always keep helding on to those bleep sounds after all those years, I don't so many bands doing that! They're great.

  • Esta canción la pusieron en los premios MTV de Europa, no recuerdo cuándo, pero la pusieron.

  • @MrRocamorra no the dont, they look awesome!!!

  • la forme!!!!

  • In Computerwelt style

  • You can definitely see how these guys are sort-of the "founders" of techno. This song sounds like something Orbital would have done...

  • Well...funny you should say that, Proton1. Actually, the 'Detroit Sound' and breakdance music was inspired and populated with Kraftwerk. Kraftwerk was heavily sampled in the origins of the Detroit Sound. Many of the old school DJs here who founded that sound confess they were inspired by Kraftwerk's early stuff like TEE, and Die Robots

  • Oh yeah!

  • and Orbital was just the early '90's

  • I wanna get a "Lawnmowerman" outfit too :)

  • These guys are the godfathers. Saw them 2003 front row. Blew my doors off.

  • Robtarded by name. Retarded by nature. Not my favourite Kraftwerk tune but still a good one.

    genial!

  • can someone help me appreciate/get into electronic music? maybe some starter bands or a good website? a reply or a pm would be greatly appreciated

  • I suggest you VITALIC: PONEY, YOU PREFER COCA...

  • The sounds are from kraftwerk. They make all the sounds on their albums some are instruments they played and then compressed though a synth. Some are like thier hand made drum machine. Check out early kraftwerk videos of them live and you will see.
