I'll agree that we shouldn't of invaded Iraq. However, Afghanistan was a different story. Al-Queda which the Taliban was harboring in Afghanistan, attacked the US. What should of we done? Just "forgive" them and understand why they did it? 3000 lives were taken and we had every right to invade and end the terrorist threat. In order to do that, we had to give the Afghan people freedom. In war there will be casualties. But at least we're not the ones bombing your own people on purpose.

You raise a very interestig point. check this, in the united Arab Emirates, they also have sharia law. Adultry is a crime in Dubai as well, however if your caught cheating in Dubai, you end up going to jail for 1 year. Same laws.

This international law thing doesn't make much sense.
If everyone can agree to be bound by this international law; Why not just make it an international law not to blow people up? I'm sure it probably is. (so why is it a surprise that they would break another international law).
Here's an idea for an international law. The leaders of each country have to duke it out on Wii boxing. The winning teams army gets to use rubber bullets and the losing teams army gets to use socks full of fruit.
