adobe premiere pro cs4 to cap and sony vegas pro 9 to edit. im a little lost..i seem to lose quality when i edit it and then render the final project

Must be because of low-quality render i guess. Why not edit in Premiere?

i rendered it in the hd settings that ppl show on youtube. and idk it looks weird so jst edit with sony or camtasia studio
