I don't understand why people always think more hp/torque is always better. Any awd car loses so much power over 60mph. Yes tls has less hp,but from a roll its a fair race. Any fwd/rwd car requires less power to go fast on a roll vs awd. Awd cars get a advantage from a dig. I been there done that. I used to own a wrx, roughly 23psi ran great off the line was a beast. My friend with a srt4 with less hp killed me on a roll. From a dig he watched my rear for a very long time as he hit around130mph

My A6 2.7T which should I mention is the same engine as the S4 2.7T, whooops a BMW 335i with a boosted turbo that gets 320hp/380lbs of torque. and the S4 2.7T is tweaked at 325hp if Im not mistaken...So I think this is BS. Audi whoops a TL Type-S if I know for a fact that a BMW335i whoops the Type-S and I was ahead of the 335i the whole time and were at 260km/h

The 07-08 Acura TL-S 6MT and the 2010+ Acura TL SH-awd 6MT are probably the 2 most underappreciated sport/luxury sedans offered. Too bad as these cars really pack performance even against most of their RWD/AWD rivals.

@roleup Can be in some years, but typically Audi's/VW's do have "engine light" issues. It's not a big deal really, unless the light starts flashing, it doesn't mean anything serious. What actual electrical issues are you referring too?

HOWEVER, I am familiar with common issues that Audi's can have (Sludging, Timing Belt, etc), which are things that people ignore or simply don't know about when buying one, resulting in thousands of dollars in repairs.

u knoe if u puts a Reflash on those S4's the car automatically goes to Stage 3, the car jumps hp from 280 to the crank to 420 to the crank with only a reflash, so id like to see how slow u realy think they are

The 2008 infiniti g35 and the 2008 acura tl type s are equally excellent cars. Preformance is not the only thing that counts, even how the car is made.

@cameronclgn3 Hey kid, the S4 never had a V8 Bi-Turbo, it only came with a 2.7 V6 Bi-Turbo making 250hp stock, or a NON ASPIRATED 4.2 V8 MAKING 340HP STOCK. Know what your talking about b4 posting next time.

Everything breaks down, it's on the ignorant owner who can't accept the fact he/she doesn't know what to fix or look for when buying a Audi or VW. Audi's/VWs are "needy cars", but any car that costs that much is, plain and simple. IF you own an Audi and know what commonly goes wrong, things are easily preventable making it much more reliable than most (dumbass owners and readers) give Audi credit for.

@roleup Can be in some years, but typically Audi's/VW's do have "engine light" issues. It's not a big deal really, unless the light starts flashing, it doesn't mean anything serious. What actual electrical issues are you referring too?

@JonSk8rDuDe Obviously you still don't get it. If you know how to take care of your Audi vs someone that buys one with no knowledge, you won't have that big of an issue. Are Audi's more maintenance prone that some makes? Sure, but many Euro cars require just as much as Audi's. HOWEVER, I am familiar with common issues that Audi's can have (Sludging, Timing Belt, etc), which are things that people ignore or simply don't know about when buying one, resulting in thousands of dollars in repairs.

They take ALOT of maintenance and Special tools/ fluids to keep them running like new... Did you hear about the guy with the VW jetta that had 580000 miles on it... @audis4mister I never said a S4 wasn't twin turbo, actually if you were to stop being an ignorant fuck and read my previous posts, you would have seen me clarify that any B5 model S4 is a 2.7 Twin-Turbo, and then they came out with the 4.2 V8 non-turbo version. WOW...way to do your research ya ape. Again, the only reason I was thinking that the S4 was KO4's was because mine does have them since my friend put them in their before selling it to me prior to purchasing a RS6.

I am not saying everybody, but most people who rate this car do not know what they are talking about. Best car in its class and best car for the money! Look on consumer reports. There's the proof. The 2008 infiniti g35 and the 2008 acura tl type s are equally excellent cars. Preformance is not the only thing that counts, even how the car is made.
