Id like to make a custom livewell for my boat. What is best to build a mold and pour plastic over it? Is corian strong enough?

Oh really well done, I would like to ask about : 1- The material you use . is it acrylic?
2- How you Clean and Polishing the place of the wood pieces which you used for clamping.
