@taliayu this is a cultural difference or a difference in taste or a combination of the two. i tend to find your tone very ethnocentric. Frank is clearly a talented professional...at what he is doing... an American fusion form incorporating primarily belly dance elements. i have seen plenty of middle eastern male belly dancers and it is just an entirely different world. not a fair comparison and your tone is so rude. masculinities are different everywhere. get used to it.

i love it. i love how inventive it is and your masculine grace and athleticism that doesnt come across feminine at all, which is something i don't like about male bellydancing usually. i think you have a great awareness of your body and after watching several of your other compositions, i am convinced you are a visionary. thank you for sharing this.

If you see the full version of the video, my intro says I fuse MANY different dances with athleticism & my own style. I have & continue to study with some of the top artists in their respected fields & I fuse how I feel. I think that molarmama5 has made a proper critique of my style. I'm not a folk dancer unless it calls for it. If I am representing a specific style/culture THEN I do it purely.
