@RJAH629 Luka? Really? Her voice is somewhat breathier...hm. I think Neru sounds more like Len than Luka. But Neru has this awesomeness that is all her own, so...:)
awesome! nerus voice is definately unique! i think its cool she has to voice pitches. a high one and low one. it makes her special! even if i do like her lower voice better think about it. imagine her singing love is war in low pitch but then AHHHHHH!! in her high pitch. that would be epic. i think nerus high voice should be used for special occasions.

She usually has either a lower-pitched Miku's voice, a higher-pitched Rin's voice, or a lower-pitched Rin's voice, as heard in this song. Crypton has acknowledged her Rin's-lower-pitch voice as official, though... well, as official as an unofficial character can get.

Neru is just a vocaloid voice pitched down. People normally use Rin or Miku for the base for her voice and then they just edit it.
She's a fan made vocaloid.
