I don't actually know that much about that, but I think it's more based on the range of notes than you can get than on the colour of your voice, for that thing there are different kinds of sopranos-darker, lighter, and so on. But again I?m not sure. It would have to be said by a professional though. ;)

Well,I can't talk a lot cause I don't know what your experience is, if you've got lessons...although you were much older than me for sure (a couple of years in the matter of singing do matter) ..as I've said, it was very hard for me when I started singing it,I was like 15 or 16, when your voice changes the most, and I had had no lessons; now it's not that hard as you can see...anyway, I think you should maybe upload a cover of yours if you feel like singing this is so easy so we can hear it :P

i'm trying to get my voice to sing high notes like this, but i dont know how to bascally sig from my diaphram all i can do is sing from my throat whic sucks because i tried getting those high notes but after awhile my voice starts getting all scratchy

Well, as I always say, I don't really know a lot (nor a little I guess) about technique, but I'd just tell you to be carefull with your voice cause your vocal chords are very sensitive and can be easily (and maybe permanently) damaged. I should as well be more careful with it actually... So it's good that you warm up before singing, with scales and so on, over all when trying to reach such high notes.
About the diaphragm thing, I can tell you a little exercise you can do to start noticing where you diaphragm is and start practising with it while breathing, which you can use later in singing if you practise. I don't know much, but I'll explain it a little bit to you via PM ;)
