it also helps if you spread your fingers a little bit more than usual to get a clean flick

Hello it's me again (see comments down below). I might buy a berlinwood extra wide as well when they are back in stock in about a week if my parents allow me to and if I'm quick enough. Then, if I practise a lot, I might be able to do a kickflip. I hope so.

I am trying so damn hard to get the kickflip, but I just can't kickflip. I'm trying now every day to practise, and I can't seem to do it. When I'm flipping the board it always flips out the wrong direction... :E Watch my videos please, all the tricks shown up there were actually kickflip attemps Haha :)

If you're flipping in the wrong direction, that's because you're probably scooping with your back finger. Try do keep that back finger straight ,like for an ollie, and you'll be set. Hope that helped.

Hi. Thanks for answerring! (It's always cool when pro fingerboarders answer my questions haha). I will try to do it, and maby I'm going to buy a Berlinwood wide if I've got the money. Together with practising a lot and using your tip it MUST work, so what I am going to do now is practise! Thanks

Oh yeah, one thing else: When you want to do the trick, do you have to push your fingerboard hard or don't push it that much at all?

lol, I'm not a pro but thank you for flattering me I really appreciate it. A Berlinwood wide would definitely make a difference, I couldn't kickflip until i got my first wooden deck. If by push you mean pop, then it doesn't matter. Popping the board harder or softer will change the trick height. Hope that helped...again.
