  • u do it with my style

  • Very easy to understand when YOU do it,,, I scrapped myself a hole day long trying to do this sh*t,,, I just love this flip

  • is it bad if i only tuck with one of my arms, the only way i can manage to tuck with both arms, i have to go the unnatural way, which is putting my right foot infront of my left, which is vice versa from my natural take off, i can land it the way i do it, it just dosnt feel right, so idk if im doing somthing wrong or what, but i really feel like i should be tucking with both arms, but i can only manage to get my right arm to hold my legs in, even when i try hard to use them both...

  • im from doncaster parkour and freerunning crew, im new to the crew ive been in it for 3 months. ive only been doin freerunning for 3 months aswell and i can front, back, side, front 180 and sainer webster. my crew is very good at teaching me stuff. im the third best flipper in the crew because most of the other people focus more on parkour but its really fun

  • Nice start Andreas, brief, concrete clear. but some missing points i thing as swinging arm as u jump off, and then bringing it to thigh as in backflip

  • If it helps anyone I learned this by studying the technique, getting drunk, and going to the pool.

  • how easy is this trick?

  • @TheGanjah808 hard to get easy to preform

  • my bro died doing that..

    joke hehhe

  • WHATS THE SONG ?

  • It's The Chemical Brothers - Leave Home

  • @AndreasXPS Thanks a lot mate :P

  • damn man, idk how you do it, when i sideflip, i come on the side of my body, i can't land on my feets :( idk why..

  • @Keilton1 get more hight and tuck tighter !!hope this helps

  • nice... how do you aim? like, go straight? im always off to the side when I land.

  • i did it at gym on my third time but then i didnt go for about 2 weeks and i fucked my leg up :L. i was in awe looking at yours, its so fluent and amazing :)

  • r these easier or harder than frontflips?

  • For me it's easier...

  • @voteforitnow same here. for me actually...i learned these before backflips. in all honesty frontflips are the hardest of the three.

  • @jeetkunedo117 i dont get that :'( i cant do a backflip, or a sideflip, but i got the front flip on my first try :'(

  • @voteforitnow for me aswell

  • what would you rate this flip ?

  • 5 stars! Nah I don't know. It's a nice and neat trick that looks great and is really fun to perform. It's a nice flow in it, at least in my sideflips ;)

  • @AndreasXPS haha your so right

i got it down now XD

  • do we need to use our dominant feet to jump up?.

  • wow , awsome , toke me like 4 hours to learn

    thx man 5/5

  • not trying to be a dick or anything but on a side u rotate over your head so at no point should your back face the ground. this is almost like a double leg with a sideflip entry and exit. but still great keep up the good work.

  • ye it should

  • eh... side flips are weird cause the placement of your body will change the flips entirely.

you can go from your back horizontal and your legs flipping over, all the way to you rotating over your head. personally i like to flip around my upper shoulders area, but it is all just preference.

  • dude ive been trying to learn this!

ur tuturial really helped thank you!

  • lol its not a side. its a barrel roll. but still good =]

  • barrer roll?.....this is a flip??? :S :s :S

  • same thing. :D

  • Nice first tutorial :) Thanks for the tips this looks sweeeeeet I'm going to try this :) Keep up the good work and I shall be subcribing because i really like this one for some reason

    Ta very much

  • I can't seem to get the height...

  • omg it looks so easy O.o i got to try it

  • Barrel roll not a side flip

  • do you need a lot of leg strength to jump high enough to do this flip

  • It aint a fuckin double leg

  • its a step side, not a d leg. the only difference though is that you dont punch, and in a d leg, u keep your legs straight

  • thanx i do the side flip YOU ARE MY IDOL

  • its double leg xD lol

  • Its definitely not a double leg...

  • if it was a double leg he would have landed backwords

  • I've test that and i think that it's really hardd:S:S I'm fear to jump

  • It looks so easy!! I will test that...haha

  • Its a double leg!

    :)

  • Lol, its not...

  • were can u go to practice this

    please help

  • grass is better than concrete but sand is better than grass but you can't jump. I suggest you opt for grass or a gym if you have on near you.

  • nice work =)

  • good work bro

  • helped so much !!!!!!

  • nice .

  • this 1-2 step technique is great now i get more air and i'm landing everywhere

  • YES!

  • dude,

this video helped so much, you dont

    even know.

  • When doing a sideflip, it's pretty hard to land on your neck, which is really the only bad thing land on while ground-flipping.

  • good

  • good

  • what is the title of background song???

  • thank u sooo much u r the best i did it on my first go after ur help man safe soooo much i wish i could b out doin it now but its rainin ahhhh

  • do u jump real high up?

and do u need to swing ur arms?

  • thank you so much,

    your brilliant 1-2 step

    perfected my sideflip.

  • Wow!Nica Sideflip:D My Sideflip is suck:(

  • pretty brief but good 5*

  • lol dont even use your arms for momentum nice

  • ive almost got this move cracked, i can do it on a trampoline but im still workin at it on the floor.

  • VERY nice sideflip. The way you don't jump and land with your feet at the same time made it look so smooth.

  • Nice man. ;)

    look one of my movies

  • Very nice Andreas//Henrik
