  • sweet

  • Bornman , I loved the neat work and very successfull work you have done please keep up the good work , one question by the way , could you please tell me how many plates , how much positive and negative plates sequence you have used

    appreciate your comments . thanks

  • I realy would like to know where you got the tank from? And is that a ark welder you are using for your power supply?

I realy like your system. Was working on one 9 months ago but had to stop. As soon as my shead is ready I am going to make me a HHO welder. Got to try welding with it.

Great Videos keep up the Great work.

  • I love how you are feeling around the terminals when a 100 amp is pumping through it.

    Be careful :)

Also, when do we get to see this baby with a jet coming out of it!

  • lol, thinking the same thing.

  • There is only 20 volt DC on the terminal , so it is safe to touch. The current flows through the cables and the electrolyte

I only touch the terminal ,nothing else and I have rubber soles on my feet

I will not advise anyone to try this if they dont know what they are doing

  • Rubber soles won't protect you... Much like the tires on your car don't protect you from lightning.

And 12VDC is enough to KILL a person.

I do agree with part of your last statement... I will not advise anyone to try this PERIOD!

There are much safer ways to check for heating of the connection and you should never work with a live circuit without proper PPE (personal protective equipment) ie Rubber and/or Leather gloves.

  • hat is the concentration of electrolyte you had here? tks

  • 10 Liters of distiled water with 200 grams of Lye or Sodium Hydroxide

  • @bornman88 are all of the 10 plates neg and 10 pos

  • sorry, what is the voltage? @100 amps?

  • It is about 20 Volt DC from a RYOBI inverter welder adjustable from 0 to 100 Amp

  • Now that's a lot better than the stainless cables now isn't it can't wait to see more testing keep up the great work

    "Follow The Hydrogen Dream"

  • Wow ! are you figuring on using that to drive a vehicle or launch it ? ,,it's really 5 star great. john

  • 100 amps dont get zapped.

  • like SS said-i wanna see foot long flame =]

  • Now THAT should handle all the amps you make !!! very nice ... now show me that darn foot long flame !!! lol ...

you thinking about wrapping your buss bars with a shring wrap or something ??? guess you really would not have to but they might be source of a modest amount of current leakage ... but for your purposes, the impact should be minor ...

  • As the cells are'nt sealed the laekage wont make much difference,I was thinking of using small soda bottles, cut the parrallel section out and heat shrink them onto the stainless bar

The efficiency of this electrode is around 5 to 6 watt per liter of gas generated, not the best!

But man, can this baby produce gas!
