  • So sorry for the error, 87AngelinaMs. I watched this film for the first time here & have never read the book so I was going by what I thought I hears. Sounded like 'Katty' to me. Obviously, I got yhe name wrong but not the spirit of the film. Thanks so much for setting me straight.

    Much appreciated!

  • I believe an alley cat would make a better mother than did Katty.

Charlie is well cast. He makes a perfect carnival roust-about. Rude, crude and after one thing.

Poor Quinton is obviously in heat and made me worry from this point on.

  • @NiNaWavs2U she's CADDY

  • well Joanne had been a majorette in college and she's still a beautiful woman now her eyes stand out in this film as they also do in TLHS Rally 'round the Flag Boys & Paris blues cause in truth she's pregnant during some point of all four productions though she unfortunately miscarried her & Paul's first baby on their Honeymoon in Feburary of 58 a few weeks before the world premier of TLHS

  • joanne had dancer legs

  • Making Faulkner into a movie is a sin. The joy of his work is his language!

  • I never thought that Joanne Woodward could be so sexy ^^

  • @frostylunetta she is pretty look at her in from the terrace she is beautiful but with class so she hides her sex appeal unlike alot of the scarletts of her time. Seriously look ar From The Terrace the full movie on here she looks far more different then the southern belle she usually plays
