Especially ironic if you know that the set of Quark's Bar occupied the same soundstage as the one used for Cheers (Cheers finished the same year DS9 started).

Cheers and Trek were filmed in adjacent soundstages and that cast from one frequently interacted with cast from the other (hence "Morn," an anagram of "Norm"), and that just makes this all the funnier.
