Don't journalists and talk-show hosts do their homework? Don't they want to be theones drawing out the best, most untalked about details of their guest star, to increase audiences? If Gerry has been telling the same stories over and over (like how he got a six-pack, or being a lawyer...),why don't they ask better questions? Gerry is getting worn down with the same old', and us fans want to know NEW details. Geesh! Impress Gerry for a change!

I'm Scottish and I certainly do not talk with a grunt and people can understand me just fine obviously you are Judging our accents off of what you have heard from the few you've listened to when in fact Scottish accents vary from place to place I mean a couple miles from where I live I can't understand a word they say. I could say the same thing about American accents that they sound "whiny" but only some :P
