If you are talking about the first war in Iraq then yes, Iraq did invade Kuwait and did have chemical weapons, and did launch missiles to Israel. But Iraq was defeated at that war and was punished accordingly to its deeds (by the way Israel was not a nutria country during the first war). And we cannot reinvade Iraq every once in a while because once in its history in had chemical weapons and invaded Kuwait. As for the second war Iraq did not invade Kuwait and had no chemical weapons.
