@DearsRenRen I like Sonic and I own a 360! Anywho, its doubtful that they will re-release this game on any other system since it didn't sell great, though it sold more than many expected. But PC isn't the greatest market for Sonic since most PC gamers don't really care about Sonic in the first place, you being one of few exceptions.

I agree to an extent, the old games were good too, but I they're kinda boring IMO. They're WAY too easy to beat and their replay value is nonexistent. So far the only 2D Sonic game that I'm interested in is Sonic CD. Other than that, I kinda find myself leaning more towards the 3D games - they have a better sense of speed and the characters actually have personality.

Yeah true i guess i guess its because the 3d games are still being made obviosly i do agree i loved sonic adventurew 2 i didnt reli like the 1st 1 it had way to many glitches and it felt like a Beta testing Sonic 3d game that never got fully completed. sonic heroes was awful n levels were to long n boring. i played sonic secret rings for wii other day that was ok actually :]

Yeah, Sonic Adventure was fun, but it was more of a sample that showed what the Dreamcast could do. SA2 is widely considered one of the best Sonic games ever made. It was the first one to have an actual storyline instead of that tired old "Get the 7 emeralds and defeat Robotnik". And the characters were actually cool - they had depth & substance, and were therefore interesting.

I loved Secret Rings, it has a GREAT sense of speed - you just can't get that fix with the old 2D Sonic.

I've heard all three versions of this song and I liked the full version the best. It just sounds more 'epic' (like the game itself) and it best describes Sonic's character. Even if the vocals are a bit off it doesn't matter, because the song in itself is made of pure win.

I gotta agree that this song is pretty cool :), I must also admit though that the version that is used on the trailers, does sound that little bit better to me, but then again I'm a guitarist and play rock/metal generally and so, the original would sound better :)

According to the previews, Silver classifies Sonic as the Iblis Trigger, but from what I understand from the trailers and previews, it is Princess Ellise, who is the Iblis Trigger because it is the power of her grief and despair that unleashes the 'Flames Of Disaster', which is why Robotnik kidnaps the Princess in the first place, but of course, Silver seems to have been slacking in his homework of the past or else just doesn't quite know who is good or bad.
