You're not specific enough.

To get to know excacly how much time the popcorn does need, you have to include how many joule pr second the microwave provides, and how many joule the bag of popcorn needs to have, to get fully popped, without getting burned.

How many joule there is needed, is based on the mass of the popcorn and oil, I don't know the specific heat capacity of those, and I don't know at which point of heat popcorn will pop.

And this could btw be shortened down from 2:50 to "PREHEAT!"

I'm going to guess you don't have a turntable. Either way, take a microwave safe plate, turn it upsidedown, put the popcorn on top so it's elevated
