You see how De La's Oline never gets set? They roll into their footwork. How is that legal? I have respect for all great teams but I'm tired of hearing how De la Salle and MD are the greatest. They are good but THEY RECRUIT PLAYERS and it seems as though no one on those teams wants to admit it, and they raise kids in the program from when they are young. we don't have that kind of money.  I aint jealous at all. We can play with them any day (any team any time). We'll see what happens

the de la salle team that won had only about 30 to 35 guys on their team...but they picked up their shit and pulled off state against cenntinial of corona who has about 80 guys on varsity..that shows i doesent matter how many there are on the team it matters how much heart everyone has.

You obviously don't know anything about De La Salle. How many NFL stars has Centennial produced? The Spartans are the Tiger Woods of highschool football. You know how many kids dream of going there? Regardless where they're from they match up with the best in any state

Thats because Centennial has been building its program since Logan took over in 99. In the next 10 years you are going to see many more centennial players in the NFL than De La Salle. Go look at rivals recruiting for the past two years, centennial has much more highly touted recruits. And they make them that way, they don't recruit them.

De La Salle is well coached, but they are a private Catholic School just like Mater Dei, so they can recruit kids, no f-in wonder they got guys in the NFL they recruit the kids from when they are young...prime example of money and politics at De La salle...isnt joe montana or some big names QB's son there like third string QB... I used to say that. But when they played Mater Dei and beat them every time, and then they beat Long Beach Poly and beat them decisively, I had a change of heart. This team is extremely well coached and executes well. I would take that over raw talent any day. Watch and see how they play and you will have to at least give them a lot of respect.

I would put my money on De La Salle. They are just an extremely well-coached team. The only time outside of the 2004 season that I have seen De La Salle lose was against another very well-coached team. Talent is nice, but football is a team sport. That is really where De La Salle excels.
