Why did I become a naturopathic doctor?

Conventional/allopathic medicine is an industry of scams and it promotes dangerous drugs that end up killing you or causing new problems to arise.Suppressing symptoms will never deal with the root cause of the problems.

I know the reality of med students is to take out loans. I would love to go to Bastyr University, where my tuitionand fees will exceed $50,000 per year. How do students deal with debt after they graduate and how long does it take to pay it back?

Hi! I was wondering if you could answer a question for me. If one obtains their Doctor of Naturopathy degree in a different country, can they practice in the US? Is there some exam they must take in order to allow them to practice in the US? I am thinking about attending school to become an ND and i was looking at schools in Canada.

We need more people like you, these conventional doctors don't know crap, except to prescribe the meds that you want (televison, or magazine ads). It takes a lot of guts to go and explore this holistic approach; that to me shows that they are in the business to really help people, not rob them.

I'll bet doctors are constantly asking, but where are the meds?

When it comes to primary prevention and often for secondary prevention, prescription medication is often not the best solution.

Nutrition is a classic example. Time and again, cohort studies and clinical trials show that the effect of a good wholesome diet is similar to, if not more powerful, than drugs, ie, see Lyon diet heart study.

I think of naturopathic medicine in the same way as nutrition. An alternative to drugs.

I am starting at SCNM in Fall. I got in because of the nutrition product I sell I've seen people heal when western medicine can't help them. There are 18 peer reviewed articles, so this is proven to work. I love helping people and educating them to be healthy. Passion to help people live longer with higher quality of life. I've subconsciously been preparing for this my whole life and when I discovered what an ND is trained and licensed to do, I made my decision.

nice - i always thought if im going to be a doctor it will be with alternative medicine -seems like slowly growing demand being reading and seeing example dr sebi -gerson institute -food matters doc just a few
